The yatra was very satisfying with a lot of pravachans about Lord Jagannath at regular intervals. I had a satisfying darshan of the Lord with mahaprasadam arranged at the right time. Moreover, I had a very good darshan at the Kshir Chor Gopinath temple in Remuna as well as all the temples of Bhubaneshwar also.

The Jagannath Puri Yatra itinerary was very comfortable especially the accommodation and travel. The food too was good but there’s always scope for improvement. It was a great experience traveling with Tirtha Yatra! Our joy knew no bounds when we saw Agrani Krishna Dasa at the airport boarding gate as we were sure that the yatra would be a spiritually enlightening one. All yatra arrangements were very satisfying. The most rewarding part of the yatra was Agrani Krishna Dasa’s narration of the sthala puranas. His knowledge of the purana, style of narration and his total total involvement in the story was a unique experience altogether for which we salute him. My experience visiting the Jagannath Puri temple, spending time in the temple and relishing the mahaprasadam was very soul stirring. It changed my perspective about life and death. My twin brother’s sudden death due to a massive heart attack lying on my arms had made me sad and angry. But, after the yatra I feel good that his passing away was part of a bigger journey. He did all good activities possible and left without having to go through the pangs of old age. I don’t grieve so much now as Lord Jagannath has awakened me to a new perspective of life.
