Dear Tirtha Yatra team,
The Char Dham yatra was a delightful spiritual yatra indeed. An additional step to alight & board the bus was Senior Citizen friendly. The bus was neat and clean, spacious with no complaints. The driver Mr. Darshan, cleaner Mr. Praveen, were all simply fine, well behaved, friendly & courteous.
The tour director, the ever-smiling Shri Agrani Krishna Das was fully loaded with abundance of spiritual knowledge (Stala purana). The chanting of Narasimha Keertana and Shri Vishnu Sahasranam was giving us a lot of spiritual energy. The tour Co-Ordinator Shri Samrat was always there for any kind of help. The kitchen team headed by Mr. Ajay Simha and Nagarjuna were always on time serving hot and delicious healthy food. Packed food was also arranged wherever necessary. The Satwik food was superb. Now we have made a few more friends through the co-Yatri’s who were nothing less than one family. Accommodation arrangements were good and handled smoothly. Hot water at 2 AM was also being supplied for bathing along with hot coffees. To complain, one could find nothing. Already recommended to plenty of my friends. Finally, to conclude, it was a well-organized, unforgettable, amazing Yatra. Thanks a lot for giving us such an excellent experience. Hope to join you again and again in the coming days.

I had a situation I was the only one left in Gupta Kashi after my family became stranded in Kedarnath. The CEO, Agrani Krishna Das Ji, called my family right away to check on their safety and made sure they had a place to spend the night. Personally, picking me up from the helipad, Venkatesh Das Ji encouraged me to be bold and made sure I was secure. My sincere thanks to the whole team of Tirth Yatra for making my Yatra successful 🙂

We had blissful and memorable yatra. This is our first association with Thirthyatra.org though had many trekking and yatras.
For any yatra the following criteria is important which I strongly believe they exceeded our expectations:
1. Temple Darshan and Stay
a. Well connected to Temple authorities, timings. Critical information and importance on the temple history and what to see inside the temple, which Sevas to take.
b. Excellent accommodation at every place, close to temples, wherever available 2/ 3 star accommodation with hot water available always and on request special arrangements made for memorable experience in tents.
2. Food and Transportation
a. Very healthy, yummy and consistent taste throughout the yatra.
b. We were served different varieties for breakfast & evening snacks, lunch & dinner with salads, chappathi, sabjiz, white rice, curry rasam, sweet, buttermilk or herbal drink.
c. They orders to ensure no outside food as it affects yatris.
d. Experienced drivers, every night busses were cleaned and hygiene were maintained.
3. Organizers
a. Very talented, skilled and professional team with empathy to us.
b. Operational excellence be it room and seat allocation with very minimal hardship to elderly yatris.
c. Excellent crisis management and ability to take decisions fast especially when we had huge landslide on way to Kedarnath and taking smart decision to proceed to Tungnath another holy place which is located at highest altitude in the world
d. Engaged during the journey with bajans, stories and quizzes.
e. Provided complimentary jackets to withstand cold and rains.

g. Celebrating yatri birthday and anniversaries.
