Ahobilam is a divya narasimha-kshetra. It is the place where Lord Narasimha appeared out of a pillar and saved His devotee Prahlada. This place is also famous as the land of Nava Narasimha due to the nine cave temples of Lord Narasimha situated here. Ahobilam is situated in the Nallamalla forest amidst the lush green valleys, scintillating waterfalls and the meandering curves of the Bhavanashini River. Untouched by the modern development, this is a perfect place for anyone to experience divinity in the lap of nature. Ahobilam is also one among the 108 divya deshams – Srivaishnava temples.

Initially I had some anxiety as I was travelling alone but I found all the organizers were friendly and helpful Lakshmisha ji and Harikrishna ji Venkatesa Dasa Prabhu ji made it more interesting as he narrated all the Stahla puranas. 1) About tour: the way you have setup to give us information is excellent and apt with no confusion and doubts.
2) Travel: Bus travel was very comfortable.
3) Staff: both Mr. Vella Durai & Mr. Bhat are down to earth people they took us so very well.
4) Stay: very organized pre-planned and without wasting time keys were handed over to us and later took care. Time to time food was organized.
