Section 01 – For Weekend Yatras (Sat-Sun) / 1 day Yatras

The cancellation shall commence only from the time, the communication has reached the company on working days (Monday to Saturday).
It is a clear understanding between the parties that for the purpose of this clause cancellation can be due to any reason whatsoever including the reason of inability to participate due to any reason including illness, death, court orders, non-availability of documents, etc.
In case of a sudden illness during the tour, if the yatri chooses to discontinue the tour, no part of the yatra amount shall be refunded. In case of third party services like helicopter and flight ticket, the amount refunded by the third party vendor shall be refunded to the Yatri, subject to the cancellation policy of the Third Party vendor.
In case the yatra package amount is inclusive of the flight ticket charges as mentioned in the price inclusion of the quotation email, the cancellation charges as per Tirtha Yatra Cancellation Policy shall be applicable on the land package. The cancellation charges of flight tickets will be based on the cancellation policy of the respective flight company or agency.
Tirtha Yatra reserves the right to cancel any yatra prior to the departure due to insufficient number of booking, without assigning any reason and all monies paid by you will be refunded forthwith in Indian Rupees only after deducting the actual expenses incurred by us on your booking like administrative charges and other overheads as applicable from case to case, but no compensation and/or interest are payable. Tirtha Yatra shall not refund any cancellation charges for the flight tickets / train tickets booked by the passengers in such a case.
In view of the life safety and security of the passengers, Tirtha Yatra reserves the right to postpone or cancel any yatra prior to the departure due to sudden natural calamity, natural disaster, pandemic, night curfew, lockdown or partial lockdown in the residence state or in the state of destination, political or religious instablity at the time of the tour and temple closure for maintenance. There shall be no refund payable. Yatris can reschedule the yatra to any other date in future. No compensation / or interest are payable. Tirtha Yatra shall not refund any cancellation charges for the flight tickets / train tickets booked by the passengers in such a case.
There shall be a GST of 5% on the cancellation charges.
Upon receiving cancellation request on post/email, Tirtha Yatra will send you a form to fill in the bank account details to which the refund should be deposited. Refundable amount will be transferred to the aforementioned bank account within 5-7 working days from the date of receipt of bank account details.
Note: The yatri replacement is permissible for weekend and long yatras at an additional charge. For the yatras involving the flight tickets, the cancellation charges for the cancelled yatri and new flight ticket charges by new yatri have to be borne by the yatri.
Tirtha Yatra means sadhu-sanga, hari-katha, vigraha-aradhana, dhama-seva, prasada-sevana, dana-kriya and bhajana. One has to take association of devotees, hear the lilas of Hari, worship the Deity, serve the Lord in the holy place, partake prasadam, give in charity and perform bhajans. The purpose of Tirtha Yatra is to reconnect ourselves with God.
