Join us on a grand pilgrimage to Puri’s world famous Ratha Yatra. Jagannath Puri is one of the four sacred dhams of Bharata-varsha. What is more famous about Puri, is the annual Ratha Yatra Festival held year after year. Once in a year, the universal trios – Lord Jagannath, Lord Baladeva and Devi Subhadra go on a chariot ride on the grand road of Jagannath Puri to their vacation palace. Millions of devotees from all over the world and all over the universe congregate in Jagannath Puri just to watch the Lord of their hearts, ride on the gigantic and majestic chariots.

My heart felt thanks to Agrani Krishna Prabhu for the Sthala Purana and Lord Jagannatha’s past time stories, Ravindranath Prabhu’s and Nitin’s arrangement of the Yatra. The darshan of the Lord in Garbha Gudi and taking pradakshina of the Lord in the Garbha Gudi was the ultimate unasked for ‘ichha’ which the lord and co-ordinations of Tirtha Yatra fulfilled.

Raghavendra and Nitin accompanied us to see the Pahandi at Gundicha temple. The Darshan at Gundicha with Parikrama was far more than expectations. Even the entry to Garbh gudi in Shree Mandir was unimaginable.
The pics sharing was also good and the gifts of back pack Jagannath and Prasadam and getting Mahaprasad of various offering from Bhagvan like Abhishek tirtha were wonderful.

When you all took us inside the Gundicha temple, we saw all the deities from Garuda Stamba at Gundicha we were satisfied. Then we went near the barricade we were much more satisfied with the darshan. Then you took us inside for a closer darshan we were thrilled .. then on seeing Madana Mohana … we were filled with ananda. The feel of the Lord’s bed. Then when you took us further inside Garba Griha we were in the seventh world . Last but not the least when we did three parikramas, no more punarjanma for us.✋. What else we can long for! We were satisfied to the fullest.
